Anyone else noticed there are some really good deals going on the BF exchange recently? Lots of stuff selling below cost, which isn't supposed to happen with Bussekin blades <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
I cannot think of any Busse-made knife better suited to be a fishing knife. The Bird Dog LE was designed as a fishing and small game knife. The combination of the Res C mudder handle and super edge holding and corrosion resistant 154CM is perfect. The BDLE has replaced even my SS4 as my favorite fixed blade for EDC when hiking. It's a great little knife for light weight carry, especially with Rainwalker kydex to protect me from that wicked little point.
Edited: Ooh, I just saw the BDLE with that cool leather/kydex sheath. That is a nice setup, MM. Congrats.
