The way I read this:

Doesn't say to me if you fill out you paperwork you are on the team, just that you have a chance at a slot. I also assume they would send out more paperwork then they had slots because there maybe some people who do not return thier disclosures. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
