The G26 isn't close in size to the G19. I own both, and find the G26 to be about as potent a CCW package as anything on the market.

Since they introduced the G26 and G27 I've probably owned a dozen of each. My uncle bought a G26 the month they were introduced, and he still carries that same gun every single day. I think it was '94 or was it '96?

Anyway, when someone tells me they want to own one handgun and then asks my advice the answer is simple: GLOCK 19!!!! I rarely advise people to get a G26 - because 99% of people don't carry their guns. However, if you already have a G19 the G26 is a great companion gun.

I also have a LCP and carry it daily.
