It looks good. I'd be afraid to put it down when I'm in the field.

I think OD green and coyote brown would look good for my own personal tastes.

I would MUCH prefer coyote brown over the tan, but after driving to: 3 outdoor stores, 3 home improvement stores, 2 hobby / craft stores, 3 department stores and 1 automotive store I was just happy to have the two cans of krylon I found.

Several places had Rustoleum camo (I bought some at Walmart after nearly giving up on finding krylon) including a darker brown. However, I have experience with krylon and my online research STRONGLY indicated I shouldn't use the RO.

For whatever reason the pictures make the tan look a lot brighter / lighter than in person.

My shooting partner wants to paint one of his ARs too. I'm thinking about trying the RO I bought on his since I liked the colors more.

My wife commented that I should try to find the brown Krylon camo online so I could "dust" the lighter areas.

I wanted a three color pattern: khaki, brown and OD. I bought these colors in RO, but wanted to use K.

I think a base of khaki that is lightly dusted with brown and then "spot & striped" with brown and OD would make a very effective pattern.
