this is great news to me.the busse brothers are just the best man.

this pretty much sounds like the same way busse combat sells their knives.put a model up and take orders until they feel the time is up on that model and start shipping them out in batches.if you where one of the earlier orders you will be in the first batch just like busse combat.

i'm excited.i will miss ordering a knife and having it on my doorstep 1 week later.it looks like that BDLE was the last of SYKC instant gratification/SR77 quick fix.oh well,it'll be worth it.

and while this will make things much better and less stressful for the pack and ensure no one goes to bed hungry i also hope this makes things better, easier and less stressful for all you guys in the shop and who are a part of the company from the top to the bottom.

you guys bring us the best cutlery, you stand behind it and take care of us every single time,no questions asked,no exceptions.dan is the only person from the scrapyard shop i've met and he is a great guy and fun to be around so i hope this allows him a few extra bourbon breaks.

with all that said..........WHAT IS UP FOR GRABS NEXT GOOD SIR???????

Thanks for the kind words and support of extra bourbon breaks.

As Paul H would say...stand by for news ......................... on whats next

I think it's a great plan Dan! Wonderful news for the first-time-buyer and those that have really wanted a SYK.

I feel lucky that I was here at the right times to get some great steel but many were not and missed out. But now with this new plan, so many can have what we all know to be the best bang for the buck, Scrapyard!

I'm happy for you and I'm happy for the dawgs who will get their fill!

Like stated will we ever get any more "Dog Bowls?" maybe once in awhile? they were fun and Renee was gettin pretty good at it

I think it is a good plan. But to really find out which models will be in demand, he needs to send one of each prototype to me for testing and pictures. I will unselfishly do this service for the yard just to help out.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I must say this sounds like a great plan. It one, gives everyone a better chance to get their knife. And two, gives me a better chance to secure funds!

As a relatively new dawg I can finally let go of some of this angst that has built up since I started sniffing out some Scraps. Frustrating that 'quick draws' buy multiple copies, denying many others from obtaining any, and turning around and making a killing on the secondary market because that's the only option.

Some may get a kick out of the old process and maybe if I had come around much earlier I would see the Yard differently. This is very good news.
