this is only a difficult choice if the CG is heavier than the LE, as was the case for the 10" DF. if they're all the same, it's LE for me. otherwise, i may opt for the heavier CG in black.

may have to get both.

From the photos it appears that maybe the CGs are high saber grinds. The LE is clearly a full flat grind. In that case, the LE is likely slightly thinner at the spine and a bit lighter. We will know soon when the specs are posted. They may be the same. It is hard to tell from the pics, but that's how it looks to me. I'm going for the LE, myself. I think it is beautiful.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Vic I was thinking the same thing judging by the grind line out in front of the handle. If so I need one of each!

Thinking it over for a while I don't think it's a good idea for me to get two. Trying to budget since I'm going to pick a SA180 plus all the belts and a pikal knife. I don't think I can make a decision...

I'm at school and the computers have these screen protectors on them that tint the screen, is the tan SOD's blade sage or is it actually tan? How about the YK's blade, sage or tan? I could tell the handles are defintely tan, but can't say on the blades.
