Need to find out how long the ordering process will be. I need some time to get the $$ together (and hidden from the wife)

Vic is right, a quarter of an inch thickness is beastly And I love it!!! I love thick knives The SOD is going to be one of my favorite knives I have ever owned I am thinking.... I still am going to be getting another S6 though. It will take one hell of a knife to unseat the mighty Scrapper 6, but from the looks of it, the SOD might be able to do it

Man I like Dam's new way of offerings, it definitely helps out for people like me that work odd ball shifts. Also it gives everybody a fair opportunity to score vs hanging out watching a clock. Thanks once again Dan, Patty and Renee...

The funny thing is, I've complained about the way things were in the past, and raved about how they are now...

But I'm sure I was one of the first to place an order and if they were doing it the old way I would have my knife a lot sooner.

Ironic.

I still love the new plan, don't get me wrong.

Oh yes, but it took another Dog Father! This new Son of Dogfather rocks!

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Hmmm not sure whether it will better my S6, that's tough. I suppose it's how you use it. But my son sure will try . This SOD is his. I ended up settling for a SR Chopweiler, that I've been eyeing off down my way. Always wanted a SRCW, maybe the best of both worlds

338, it just rolls off the tongue.

LevelEdge - Howdy and Welcome to the ScrapYard! You sure picked a good time to join us - three models to choose from. You lucky Dog!! Tom

Thanks! I love the new ordering system. Being on dial up, waiting to pounce just did not work out. Now I have an order for a tan model.
