I have a Wicked 55mW and Optotronics 35mW and 75mW lasers <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> . That looks pretty serious, Tolly.

I have several handhelds over 300mW, one over 430mW but that is a prototype Hercules that Dimitry from LaserGlow hooked up. Bootlegtogo over at Optotronics is a great guy I have several of his as well... one at 315-350mW. Oh all are 532nm(Green). That LaserGlow prototype can cut through a setbelt in about 10 seconds.

No check that...10 seconds if the setbelt is being pulled tight, and any were from 15-22 seconds if the setbelt is just laying there. Oh, it has to be a dark colored belt. The one I just tried was blue-black.

any AR15 lovers here?

I love mine but .223 and 5.56 are still somewhat pricey!

And remember folks when playing with lasers to keep those safety glasses on. Anything over 35mW will do permanent eye damage and nobody wants that.

Knife nuts may also be wilderness survival nuts

that was one of the first bow-drill kits i made, and I have since realized how crappy it was. My current ones are much better.

Have you hugged your camp knife today?

I usually get up at 5 am for work, and thought I would have the extra hour...
for some reason, however, I woke up an hour earlier instead of getting an extra
hour's sleep. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
Go figure eh?
