I think they skipped it because of shark week. Even when there are a lot of Turkeys they are still skittish in the wild. They have great eyes and run like crazy when there is motion. Even as little as moving a finger.
Bow hunting turkey is a challenge. The heck with shark week, I thought it was boring. Bring back Dual Survivor I gotta agree hunting them with a bow would be more of a challenge, but easy pickings around here with a rifle or shotgun.

How did the Cody guy get so big? He looks like a former power lifter, or body builder. I doubt he got that size from living off the land. Decent show though.

I wonder if Cody took it with him? He did say it was his first fire hollowed canoe. Looked PDG too!!!

I finally caught the show. Talk about the odd couple, a hippie and a soldier. Both of them seem to know their stuff, though. At least they're not stupidly running everywhere they go like Bear does. A cripling injury way down in the bush can mean death.
