Actually, I keep hoping for a swamp or yard release of a warden with grips--micarta or res-c. can't drop the dimes for busse steel, but would love to see something here. The swamp warden is in my edc rotation but would love to have something (without paracord) to gut a deer with. I've been putting most of my money recently into hunting gear getting ready to spool up for the season. Hoping to do a review of a few blades....want to compare some of the Busse's to my Gene Ingram! My dad carries a little axe to split rib cages in the field...I'm gonna play around with "batoning" the B11 through the cage <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I tried the axe thing last season. Didn't work out so well for me. I've got a gerber s30v freeman that seems to take the rib cages out without hassle. Would like something in scrapyard steel to compare it with. Batoning through might be fun...:)
