Ok, I could see that making quite a bit of difference. He could have just done a
"spray and pray" and IF they were congested close enough together, yeah he could have gotten a lot like that.

BUT, I still can't understand why kids! The Government building, ok, if he had a beef against the government. But the kids were just on a camp out and had NOTHING to do with the government!

The rumor mill is that several died that were trying to swim away and were poor swimmers. It will take time for the real details to come out.

How they were killed is important. Here in the US Columbine changed the way we respond to any active shooter. Everythign we were taught prior to that went out the window. It was a change for the better that came too late.
