I took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new shoes (he is 66).
We decided to grab a bite at the food court.
I noticed he was watching a teenager sitting next to him.
The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors - green, red, orange, and blue.
My dad kept staring at her.
The teenager kept looking and would find my dad staring every time.
When the teenager had had enough, she sarcastically asked:
"What's the matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?"
Knowing my Dad, I quickly swallowed my food so that I would not
choke on his response; I knew he would have a good one!
In classic style he responded without batting an eyelid ...
"Got stoned once and screwed a parrot. I was just wondering
if you were my daughter." funny! that deserves a quote...

Well it's only about 250 mile drive for me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I'd like to help you out there but it's a little to far for a road trip <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Cazio there is a knife show / sports show in Cambridge oh this weekend being put on by Blind horse knives. 3 hour drive for me one way so not going this time.

The Indy 1500 is going on only 90 miles one way from here but have just never gone. Iwould like to go and see what busse kin goodnes mike has to offer sometime.

That's about an hour or so drive and all highway. One of the blindhorse owners is from my hometown of steubenville oh, I've handled a few of his knives that a fella I know has and they are very nice.

I would indure the pain if it was a scrap yard show <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />, I know they aren't far from that area.

Dan and LT are both super nice guys and put out a hard working product mostly on a smaller size knife than found here at the yard. they use a lot of 02 tool steelthat holds a pretty good edge. I think i have 5-6 of their knives.
