Just got a CZ 452 trainer...love it! This is from a rest at the indoor range, but in a couple months, I'll be tearing it up standing, then I'll scope it in the spring I think. Such a sweet rifle...

The 452 is hard to beat for a 22. I have a 452 Varmint and that thing rocks.

You better watch it though, you're turning into a conservative! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Really, and I can prove it.

Conservativeism. One who CONSERVES ammo by accurate shot placement, thereby using less ammunition to accomplish one's goals. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations!

Seriously Rich, I am glad you are enjoying yourself. An accurate rifle and being able to place your shots where you want them is a rewarding and addictive experience.

I told you Randy- the liberal left is arming up! We're coming with our guns, single payer health care and living wages! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I had the CZ for 5 minutes and was in love...I'm very pleased and happy I can shoot at the indoor range a practice a little more. Next step is either the 9mm or swapping out the sr22 for a buckmark! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Rich, I am glad you got a CZ. I have had a few and my 452 American with a 3-9x Swift optic is the best .22 LR I have ever had. Funny thing is that my rifle prefers the cheap bulk ammo over the more expensive stuff.

My Izhmash .22lr Biathlon Basic....she wears a Leupy 3-9 EFR (which I've updated with M1 turrets for longer range).

Thanks Lazi,

I did some shooting last evening. It was the first time I fired it outside of a range and without ear pro. I love it. It is not much louder than a loud hand clap. Reduces the recoil a bit too. Probably from the added weight. With the bull barrel and the suppressor, it is a laser beam for follow up rounds.

Run fuzzy bunny run!

I'm thinking about giving up my five seven to do a supressor and a buckmark. certainly would shoot something like this a lot more.
