I would have loved to have seen them. It was the most likely day to see them here. It was too cloudy but a few people got a show between breaks in the clouds.

I'm taking my wife a few towns away for her last eye surgery today. A pretty simple outpatient procedure. She is sick, but they told her that as long as she didn't have a fever, they would do the surgery. I'm hoping they can, since we met our medical deductible for the year, and it will save us thousands if we can get it done before the end of the year.

After I may let her take me to lunch/early dinner.

Oh man, you wouldn’t believe the light show we had tonight. The Northern Lights looked like they were just a few miles away.
