Well, I just got out of the shower so I’m ready for my stress test tomorrow. Don’t really know why they have to give me a test, with everything going on around the world you’d think I’d get a free pass, but Noooo, they want their part of my retirement checks, the Vultures. wink

Good afternoon Yard. We are enjoying a nice relaxed day today but keeping an eye on the weather. Storms are predicted, possibly severe.

It rained earlier but the day turned out nice weatherwise, I took my truck tire to get repaired due to a flat, but I ended up having to buy a new tire. Apparently when I drove out in the field I hit a large rock that poked the side of the tire. I just finished installing the new tire. frown

Got my Emerson Com-Seven folder yesterday. I must say I really like it. The commander blade shape isn’t my favorite, but I really like the CQC-7 handle.

I had to spend SOME money. The contractors said the gold bars are starting to make the steel I-beams holding up the vaults sag so I had to reduce the weight some. grin

Yeah, it’s nice being out of debt. wink

Plus the actual cost per round isn’t as much, usually. Now the cost of equipment, well that’s a whole different kettle of fish.

Todd, I wasn't quite that bad but I can definitely see better and things are more clear and colors a little more vibrant.

I’ve been doing some 22 bench rest shooting. My go to scope has always been Nikon, but obviously not an option now since they’re out of the scope business. My last one was an Athlon 4-14 x 50 and it’s an amazing scope, but I need more magnification.
I just ordered a 6-24 x 50 Athlon FFP, see if that one suits me better.
Seems like the bench rest game is constantly chasing “better.” Better ammo, better scopes, better triggers, better barrels, everything. But it’s fun.

Evening guys. Hope you feel better soon Randy. Tom, I know you’re glad to have that done. When my dad had it done his vision was way better. He was almost blind in his right eye and get most of his vision back.

Me, I”ve been sick the last 3 days, but it really hit me yesterday. Severe belly problems. No matter what I did, as soon as “it” hit my stomach it came out one of two ways, sometimes both just not at the same time thankfully. The only time I got out of my recliner yesterday was when I had to go to the bathroom, and that was several times.

But this morning Patty gave me a pill they gave her when she had something similar. I will say so far it’s worked.
