Short question regarding the three main steels used in the Busse Family of knives which came up in this thread too. I understood always it would be more like:
INFI = super tough while rather stain resistant SR101 = same(maybe even higher) toughness as INFI but less stain resistant SR77 = even tougher then the other two but a bit lower edge holding capability
Somehow I had always the impression by reading in the forums(BF-forums and the others) that would be the consensus.No?
