For the record, I am in no way trying to bash INFI. As I have said many times, INFI is incredible steel - and INFI may in fact be the best steel for knives if you rate knife steel by the best overall ranking of total characteristics (as opposed to ranking on any given single characteristic).

If you can afford it and just want the best or if you absolutely must have or need the best for whatever reason, then INFI may very well be the best choice.
