You all have made some very valid points. . . . Bottom line is we were, unexpectedly, caught by a tidal wave of demand that we were in no way ready to meet. We have been making changes that will hopefully come into play over the course of the next few months.
I don't blame you guys for talking about other blades. I'm just glad that you have hung in there. We will do our best to make it worth your while.
If anything, given the number of other places we could go to talk knives, the fact a lot of us stayed here through the drought says something about the yard...
