right now I'm sort of shopping around in a very slow, roundabout way, for something in .357 sig, because it's a trendy round that's sort of unconventional, and I like the huge variety of rounds available for it. but I don't want to shell out for something like a sig if I'm not going to be all serious about shooting, just doing it recreationally. and I heard something about the XDs being a decent buy, but I stopped paying close attention to firearms a long time ago, so I'm catching up at turtle speed.
