(Theoretically!!) It will outchop the CG as there will be less friction due to the satin blade, it will have a thinner profile again reducing friction and the zero edge will be very very sharp so it bites deep. It (LE) will be a bit lighter (good!) than the CG but it will outperform it mechanically. S7 is as tough as hell so the slightly thinner LE stock will be almost irrelevant strength wise, Noss won't easily be able to break it..
