I believe both Charter arms and Smith and Wesson make a small snub nosed .22 Can't get much smaller and "cute". Snub nose revolvers generally take a back seat today to the semi autos of larger calibers. I think you will find that if you are ever considering carrying the gun outside the home, the easier it is to carry the more often you will carry it. The lightweight snub noses are very easy to carry in every season. I have a full size Sig. I don't carry as often as I would like to due to the size and weight. It is difficult to conceal in the summer as well. I am searching for a snub nose, probably in .38 for just such a reason. It does not make sense to own a weapon for defense and never carry it. Above all else, practice with it.
