I just found this thread; nice shelter!
It's been awhile since I have built one. Having a wife has sort of unprimitived our outdoor experiences a bit.

We had, at one time, planned on building a huge hooch on our property in PA, but it never got beyond the planning stage.
We did make a pretty cool tree-house thing, modeled after the old toy planet-of-the-apes treehouse that they sold for the action figures back in the day.
