true pit, but as far as TOUGHNESS goes, I would think the scrapper is tougher, but I would also think (in the same thickness and grind thickness etc) that the scrapper would get more edge deformation.

The ML probably has a lot more STRENGTH...
I'm just guessing though. (and going by some personal experience)

BTW vic, if the barkie broke because of it's design, could it be that mike is re-designing it to be tougher?

I've heard of him doing similar things before...
though I'm not trying to justify what he'd done...
I just remembered it because it sounds similar to what someone else said he did with them.
