Look for a reconditioned Glock 19 or 17, they have been through the factory rebuild program with parts and springs replaced. Rifle, why .30-06 unless you are hunting? Ruger 10/22 is a fun rifle with many plus's that have been talked about here many times. Good luck with your search!
