Generally speaking, I draw the line on fixed blade knives at blade lengths of 4" or greater, although I've been known to shrink that spec a little from time to time. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> On the other hand, there's a substantial number of folks who just love their Izulas and BK-11s and Thru Hikers and Hartsooks and Kaalas and the like. And while a 154CM SkeleScrapper doesn't much appeal to me either, I doubt I could pass one up if Dan sold it for Scrap Yard pricing.
Same here. I gave away my Swamp Warden as a gift, and the owner loves it. A SY neck knife would make a great stocking stuffer, especially if it came with a kydex sheath.
