Did the origional batch of S6's have an inspector number?

Some time in late 2006 or early 2007 Busse and Swamp Rat started using the cardboard sleeve with an inspection sticker.

Before that they came wrapped in a cardboard sheath taped together from pieces of priority mail envelopes.

I think my Muddy Mojo had the old school cardboard but my FBM had the sleeve.

My Swamp Rat M6 has the old school cardboard but my HRLM had the sleeve.

The amazing thing about Scrap Yard is that they are getting knives on the market pretty fast. My first Swamp Rat took months to arrive. By the time it did, the rest of the old line was discontinued. I still got a few Swamp Rats in ganzas but I certainly would have bought more if I had known how good they were.

I think Scrap Yard might have it's own building and staff on the Busse compound. Otherwise, I can't see how they could consistently bring so many knives to the market.

Arf arf arf... That's my other dog impression.
