I'm glad that there are options. I'm even glad the CG will have thicker STOCK. This will make it sufficiently tough which I want. What I am saying is that the knife can still have a good thin EDGE (not too thin) even if the stock is thicker and the knife will still be tough. I'm just talking about the edge here. Having a nice edge that's not too chunky won't make the knife not tough, it will just make it a better knife. You should still be able to pry just fine with it because the stock is sufficiently thick for such applications, but remember guys...there's also a pry tool built into this one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
The reason I brought this up is that I am planning to buy at least two of the CG's and I'm thinking that they will replace my ESEE Izula as my EDC. I'm really digging this knife! It looks awesome between the SR-101 steel, blade and handle shape, and the pry bar at the end. Just about perfect in fact. I just don't want to be disappointed because of a super thick cutting edge on the CG, which my experience with Bussekin and Dan's description makes me think this may be the case.
