well I have been finding that all of my wire hangers suck bad for a homemade slingshot. they metal is thin and bends way too easy. I also only had a handful of rubber bands that come on the newspapers. These are definitely not hunting materials. I may have some time this weekend to kick the idea around some more. I know its easy to go buy a sling shot for $6-$15 but I'm down to do a little tinkering. May run by a hardware store or two just to see what can be made for less than $5.
