Most Glock UDs involving the holster occur when holstering the pistol not drawing, people forget to take their finger OFF the trigger and then the holster body forces the finger/trigger back.... BANG... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I did once see a couple of the "trained killers" have one back in 98 when they were putting a M22 back in the Glock box at the range, one was holding the box and the other putting the pistol in, it would not fit (the old Glock lunch boxes with the raised part that went through the trigger guard. when it would not drop in he realised the trigger was forward so rotated it in the box and pressed the trigger... round went through the box and the left hand of the guy holding it....
