I have pretty extensive experience with products from Tactical Tailor, SpecOps Brand, MaxPed, London Bridge, Eagle Industries and Blackhawk.

Since DT asked about MaxPed's - my general comments are:

1) They are very well made.
2) They are smaller than advertised.
3) The pockets always seem to be slightly too small for what I want to do with them.
4) The material is too stiff which makes "stuffing" them difficult.

I've had several different MaxPed packs, and only have a Jumbo now (had two and sold the one I tested...the new one is hanging on the back of my closet door and will never see any use. It'll eventually be sold).

I prefer Tactical Tailor packs. I have had a couple dozen of them, and they've never given me any problems.
