Any suggestions on a good fishing knife? Besides the SS, I am also considering the Spyderco Aqua Salt (H1 steel) and the Falkniven F2 with the lamenated VG-10 steel. You are in FL so I am assuming you are salt water fishing, but then again, Florida has some nice freshwater, too. Since Busse doesn't offer any stainless models, that Spyderco Salt sounds like the one. With some care, INFI should handle it fine, but it won't be as rust resistant as the H1 steel.
