In answer to someone's question, when the patches came out IF you had over 3000 posts you got a gold colored patch (Stitching around the patch and the picture and words and numbers). If you had LESS than 3k you got a silver one. I joined here in Oct of 2008 and JUST BARELY made it for a silver patch.
