Got my “updated” parts in first the LCP MAX. Stainless guide rod, 13 pound extra power recoil spring so it won’t beat itself up so bad and a sturdier takedown pin. The old one has been known to shear off because the head is very thin. I AM NOT going to change the internal springs. I personally feel a gun that will be carried as this one will sometimes (in a pocket holster) should not have a 3-4 pound trigger pull.
On a side note, I’m really liking that little Pole.Craft kydex holster I got as well. Fits and locks in most excellently and it’s a good medium thick piece pf plastic so it should last a good while.
I can wear it APPENDIX or Strong side so to me that is a plus as well.
I’m happy with all the stuff I got. Oh and my two spare 12 round mags have shipped and I might have them by Saturday. As of now though, I’m stuck with the two Sheeple 10 rounders that cane with it.

Good morning Dogs. Ray, I hope you didn’t overextend yourself making that hot chocolate and that your pumpkin pie turned out delicious. Now that your wife has your driveway all cleaned up she should help out the neighbors.

Don’t over stress yourself Ray. That’s some hard tasks you’ve set there for yourself.
Never had an OTF folder, but I imagine they can be pretty addicting.

Be careful with the sharp fidget toys. I drive my wife nuts with my OTF knives. She has some pretty spicy things to say to me when I play with them. Well, we had an event that will keep her out of the house for a while. We had a record breaking snow storm. Some of the drifts on my property are over 5 feet deep. This presents a problem because she is only 5 feet tall. Can’t stay and chat because I have to get ready for the cleanup stage and make myself some hot chocolate and pumpkin cake. Talk to you later.

Morning Yard!
I'm trying to talk myself out of picking up a Kershaw livewire. I don't "need" it. But I kinda want one to play around with. Like a sharp magnacut fidget toy, LOL.

Well, it was a bigger day (Thursday) than I thought it would be. Didn’t get exactly what I wanted but I was really surprised. I traded in 4 old guns, and actually made my money back for a change. OK, I got the H&K CC9 with a Vortex Defender CCW RDS already mounted (I might swap it out for a Holosun EPS Compact Carry enclosed emitter RDS with the MRS reticule). PLUS I got a Ruger LCP MAX thrown into the deal. And only had to fork out $330.00 (I think) to boot. Oh and I bought some extra mags as well. And wonder if wonders, the CC9 fits my kydex VP9sk holster like a glove. Wore it all day today and it’s truly the most comfortable (plus not printing) combo I have. It’s even better than my Walther PPS M2 which is a single stack gun. Go figure. All in all, a GREAT set of B’day presents. Now I just gotta convince Patty I’ve had them for years. Any suggestions

Thank you Tom. Just went to Church as normal for us and spent the rest of the day enjoying a nice home brewed coffee and relaxing in my “Barkolounger”.

We start all of our plants from seeds except for sweet potatoes. If we want to buy plants we can get them from the neighbor's greenhouse a mile down the road.

Gonna pass on sharp and pointies for a while. I gotta concentrate on my long range (well longer than arms length) acquisitions for a while. Gonna start in precious metals and organics. You know, lead, brass, copper, cellulose, those sorts of things. And gardening, everyone needs freedom seeds. Then you need planters for the seeds
