I stepped outside with our dog and watched nine deer moving just west of our house. Looks like it will be another good year for deer hunters.

We spoke with my daughter Saturday, who lives near Tampa Florida. She said that when they went for a walk they had to wear their ski parkas because it was so cold. I told her of the nice weather we have been having.

But it sure would get rid of the snow and ice!

After much looking and research and bouncing around I have decided. I thought I wanted a Holosun EPS CARRY MRS RDS. Then I found the Sig Romeo X Compact, and I really like Sig optics.

But the Sig Optic is 1.23 inches (31mm) wide
The EPS Carry is 0.95 inches (about 25mm) wide

The H&K CC9 is 0.99 inches wide (about 25mm) so the EPS CARRY would be the best “Fit” even though I like the Sig sight better.

I'm sure that Ray would not want his wife to have a mishap with a flame thrower.

You can buy personal flame throwers you know.

It’s actually a pretty good knife. Just remember it’s made to cut SOFT STUFF.

Ray, I guess she will have to make do with cheap shovels.

Tom, I hope everything turns out well. And you’re right about keeping an eye on things. It snowed while I was in the hospital. When Igot home, I saw that only the driveway was cleared. So I sent her out to do the front walk and the front porch. Of course, now everything was frozen. She broke 2 shovels. Won’t be cleared until spring now. Those custom shovels were expensive too.

Well, I’m back from my week long spa vacation at the local hospital. Had some issues which were in the formative stage but could have been a major problem if not corrected now. I feel much better now. I hope everyone is well.
