I have one of the thin .18 proto versions with a recurve that feels great despite having some overthinned prototype related performance issues resulting in a surprisingly rippled edge from chopping.
I was about to buy one of the protos! How bad was the rippling? I am really looking for a thinner blade as opposed to the really thick .28" blade. How did the handle feel? it looks comfy!
