You can't go wrong with a 10/22. If WI law permits you can put a folding stock, hi-cap banana clip, and red dot sight on it and have a bunny assault rifle. If you watched "Holy Grail" you already understand just how deadly attack bunnies can be.

That aside, if you want an old-school .22 pistol, the Ruger Bearcat is a lot fun. You could probably pick one up "previously owned" at a gun show for a good price. Single action, has an extra cylinder for .22 mag, and is really comfortable to shoot.
