Jim, You're the second one to mention not getting a sheath. They ran out of the small kydex sheath when they released the YKCG also. I'm sure they have more on order. It seems like it took two to three weeks that time.
If you don't sharpen your axe from time to time, you will soon be chopping with a hammer.
