They're still all made in Spain, they just ship to other countries like Canada through import companies like RUKO, for example. If you look closely at all the blades they all say Made in Spain. Here, I did a zoom in on one of the pics of the bone handled Rebeco. It's a little fuzzy in the pic, but every one of their quality blades has this etched on the side of the blade, along with the company logo, the stag with the double M between the antlers.

As for Boker owning them, I had thought they had owned them for some time now.
