That's a nice bunch of blades, tyger. Your collection is as wide ranging as mine. It is good to handle and use knives from different makers. Each brand seems to have its own spirit for lack of a better word. I can usually tell a Muela instantly. They just have that Spanish look. Since you have so many knives, I know you can appreciate the perfection of the DFLE. It comes alive in the hand the way a good Bowie should.
