I don't care for the Standard ASH, but I like the feel and balance of the Skinny ASH. I may regret it, but I'm probably going to skip the NMSFNO; I've already got an abundance of knives in that class. I didn't need NMFBMs either, but couldn't resist that "Bigger, Badder, BC advertising", which is why I'm saying "probably".
It's been a long while since this posting.
I ended up buying a couple of the tanker gray NMSFNOs when they appeared in the company store, then I liked them well enough that I bought a couple more tankers just before they went out of stock. Then I bought a hand-shaped tan Micarta/bama clay NMSFNO at Knob Creek, which I liked even better, causing me to jump on a hand-shaped black Micarta/green from the Exchange, then a hand-shaped black G10/arctic white NMSFNO from eBay, and finally another hand-shaped black G10/arctic white from David Brown. I swung all the way from "I'll pass on that" to buying 8 NMSFNOs before the dust settled. This whole INFI addiction thing can drive ya absolutely nuts.
