Yes. We testified at his probation hearing. Last info we got was in Nov. I think. It said there was a pre-trial conference, and we weren't required to attend. I just checked his status online and it said 7-13-09 he was sentenced to 20 years for burglary (among lesser crimes) but it says his earliest possible release date is 10-31-10. I dunno how they figure that! 20 years gets you one year???
