I'm incredibly out of shape...
Last year in school I lifted (and loved it!) but I haven't this year.
the only exercise I get, is playing basketball in gym class (for about 40 minutes) and actually, I push myself pretty hard, so it is very tiring, thought not enough imo.
I'd love to start running or something... but I'm just not motivated.

When I chop with most knives I think technique and controlling your breathing are the two most important things.
