So then the cutting length should be about 4 inches, maybe less. smirk thats too bad....

Anyway, I plan to do a full review of my Boss Street as soon as I get it and use it. (BTW, does anyone know how much one of these would sell for after a few months? Or when they are out of production? It seems like Busses seem to appreciate in value over time).

Some things I will try to cover:

Edge retention, corrosion resistance, toughness, wear resistance, and how those things affect its edge retention (like corrosion can actually deform and pit the edge, not just affect the finish, and wear resistance makes sharpening more dificult and hardness actually helps corrosion resistance, also, if the steel INFI (I have never used it before) has "clean steel properties [like even carbide distribution to prevent microscopic fault lines (veins) made of carbon that can potentially snap the blade in half", but the only way to test for clean steel is very hard use and edge examination under a microscope. I wonder if INFI behaves like a powder steel. I will also try to present the review from a bushcraft type point of view. Also, edge and blade geometry has a big impact on edge retention, so I will try to explain how it does in that aspect. It seems everyone hates the thickness, but with a full flat grind I predict it will do just fine as a good slicer.

I have a question. Does anyone know where there are some life sized pics of the Boss Street???
