So my question: which makes a better fish-cleaning knife--the Wiener or the SS4?
Wiener hands down. The SS4 has too much girth...makes it more difficult to slip in. Meanwhile, the Wiener slips in and gets the job done, real quicklike (not too quick though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )
