I like micarta the best for use as it gives bit better grip. G10 looks good and feels ok on a smaller blade. Wood is the most beautiful but in most cases fragile for hard work. Saying that, of the Bussekin that I have most are Res-C, micarta, then wood (1 when it gets back from Norcal).
