Since I am not Chuck Norris or Bruce Lee, I prefer a fighting knife that is long and fast. Reach is important. An Ontario Bagwell Bowie or Condor Jungle Bowie would work for me better than a mojo for fighting. I really have no problem with the blade catcher on the Mojo, I just thought it might limit sheath selecton.
Yep I agree on the long knife thing "Big is better" and I think a blade catcher would work much better on a much longer knife. The more linear length on the spine the better for effective blocks and parries. And of coarse sharpen the clip.
