Some pork Baby Backs and Beef Spares. Four hours on the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker with apple wood for smoke. Rubbed with Todds Bayou Dirt first and sauced at the 3 1/2 hr mark with Big'un's Carnivore Chipotle BBQ sauce. Ole' Myron aint got squat on these [censored] Ribs !!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> 2hrs into the smoke. Beef on the left BB's on the right. Beef. Getting ready. BBQ sauce and Rub.

Man, those ribs looks soooooo gooooood! The BDLE makes short work too.

Looks tasty sportsnut, great pics. Wish I could get ahold of one of those bird dogs. I spent about 14 years on the southern OR coast. Sure do miss it.
