Some pork Baby Backs and Beef Spares. Four hours on the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker with apple wood for smoke. Rubbed with Todds Bayou Dirt first and sauced at the 3 1/2 hr mark with Big'un's Carnivore Chipotle BBQ sauce. Looks tasty sportsnut, great pics. Wish I could get ahold of one of those bird dogs. I spent about 14 years on the southern OR coast. Sure do miss it.
