Some pork Baby Backs and Beef Spares. Four hours on the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker with apple wood for smoke. Rubbed with Todds Bayou Dirt first and sauced at the 3 1/2 hr mark with Big'un's Carnivore Chipotle BBQ sauce.

Ole' Myron aint got squat on these [censored] Ribs !!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

Makes me want a bird dog just to cut meat with.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if you don't take it out and use it, it's going to rust.

I'm a Baby Back fan, but I have been getting some real good beef spares lately.

Looks tasty sportsnut, great pics. Wish I could get ahold of one of those bird dogs. I spent about 14 years on the southern OR coast. Sure do miss it.
