the pump does provided a little bit of a workout and they are pretty heavy to tote around. if you plan to take a lot of shots out in a field somewhere then this would be a problem. if you plan to take just a few shots while hunting then its cool but for strolling and plinking all day then a break barrel is the way to go.

also turns out my disco likes to be at 1500-1600 psi. I loose a hand full of shots but any higher and it shoots all over the place. so im at 15-20 shots between pump ups. not really disappointed but the mrod is supposed to be better about handling air I think.
