You are new here BH so you probably haven't seen the many postings on this, which is fine. The people who come here, learn the ways things are done here, and with the company(s), who take the time to find the best ways to get what they want, seem to get it.
The fact that Dan Busse gives us "ALL" such a good deal, on something he works very hard on (many bottles have been emptied) and doesn't limit us to the amount is such a rare and wonderful thing, we feel very lucky and fortunate.
Many of us can not afford other Busse products, or other quality knives, but Dan treats us to amazing tools that are useful, functional and very durable, so the demand is high, prices on the secondary market are higher, and people get more than they need but Dan still delivers (like every 2 weeks right?).
I think it really comes down to "supply and demand" and Scrapyard knives are in demand, for many reasons, you and us are here because of it. In any business you can't please everyone all the time. It's a free country, some things are good and easy, some not but Dan and Patti Busse are a very good thing, and I think they are doing it the best way they know how,
and we feel very lucky to be here...
